We experienced an outage affecting 30% of our EMEA customers on our Catalogue APIs between May 29th at 10 PM & May 30th at 9:30 PM UTC. The issue was caused by a technical problem on one of our infrastructure components, which triggered a service restart loop, preventing automatic recovery.
Our engineering team identified and resolved the configuration issue.
We apologize for the disruption and are reviewing our alerting and configuration processes to prevent recurrence.
