Resolved - We experienced an incident between 12:02 & 12:28 PM UTC+1 causing a service interruption of 1 to 3 minutes during this period affecting access to the back office as well as the use of all APIs. The issue was due to an infrastructure problem, which we resolved as soon as we received the first alerts.
